Acrylic acid polymer powder Polyacrylamide (PAM) is a water-soluble high-molecular polymer, commonly known as flocculant and coagulant. it is a linear high-molecular polymer with a molecular weight of 4-20 million. The appearance of this solid product is white or slightly yellow powder, and when in liquid it is a colorless viscous colloid, easily soluble in water, easy to decompose when the temperature exceeds 120 ℃, and insoluble in most organic solvents. It has good flocculation, and can reduce the friction resistance between liquids. It can be divided into, as ionic characteristics, four types of uses: non-ionic polyacrylamide, anionic polyacrylamide, cationic polyacrylamide and amphoteric polyacrylamide.

Application:

1. Used for sludge dewatering. The corresponding model of this product can be selected according to the nature of the sludge, which can effectively dehydrate the sludge before it enters the filter press. When dewatering, large flocs are produced, the mud cake is thicker, and the dehydration efficiency is high.

2. Used for the treatment of domestic sewage and organic wastewater. This product exhibits positive electricity properties in either a matching or alkaline medium, so that it can flocculant and settle the sewage with negatively charged suspended particles in the sewage, which is very effective for clarification. For example, during the production of grain alcohol wastewater, papermaking wastewater, municipal sewage treatment plant wastewater, beer wastewater, MSG wastewater, sugar wastewater, high organic content wastewater, feed wastewater, textile printing and dyeing wastewater, etc., the use of cationic polyacrylamide is better than the use of anionic, and the effect of non-ionic polyacrylamide or inorganic salts is several or tens of times higher, because this type of wastewater generally has negative charges.

3. Flocculant used for the treatment of tap water with river water as the water source. The dosage is small, the effect is good, and the cost is low.

4. Strengthening agent and other auxiliary agents for papermaking. It improves the strength of the paper.

5. Used in oilfield additives.

1. Dissolution ratio. The dissolution ratio of polyacrylamide is 2/1000, that is, 2 g of polyacrylamide is added to 1 kg of water for solution. (The dissolving chemical water is tap water or purified water)

2. Dissolution time. The stirring and dissolving time of this medicine is 40-50min.

3. Dosing of medicine. The dosage of this agent is added according to a certain percentage, and the specific amount is determined according to the sewage concentration and treatment standards.
